Planning and Preparing our Pets
Regarding COVID-19 Virus

Our pets are family and we all are thinking of ways to prepare for them in case of emergency. 

We, like you, are closely monitoring what is happening with this virus and how it will affect us and our pets. We want to ensure that our customers and staff continue to stay healthy, and that we are able to continue to serve you. 

All staff is engaged in a rigorous cleaning plan that includes frequent cleaning of door and freezer handles, our credit card machine, and other frequently touched surfaces. We also have available hand sanitizer at the register. Anyone wanting to wash their hands is welcome to use our sink and soap. 

As of today, we know of no supply issues and expect to be able to continue business as usual for the foreseeable future. Should that change, we will let you know as soon as we hear anything. We are taking special orders for anyone interested in additional stock. Special orders must be prepaid and are not refundable. 

Before you turn to shopping online for your pets' needs, please think of Gone to the Dogs first. We want to ensure the financial stability of our staff during this uncertain time, as well as the future survival of small businesses like ours in our community.
