After 16 wonderful years, Gone to the Dogs will be closing at the end of November. We are grateful for your loyalty and support. We are currently stocked with great products perfect for dogs of all sizes! All non-consumable items, such as coats, fleeces, collars & leashes, most toys, grooming products, holiday items, etc. are on sale with discounts increasing. We will continue to fully stock all foods and treats until the end of October so you can continue to buy your pet's favorites. On November 1, all consumables will be discounted until gone. Shop early and often for the best selection and discounts! All updates will be posted on Facebook and our website. Come by the store and pick up our store closing schedule that outlines upcoming important dates. Due to lack of staffing, Thursday's store hours have been changed to 2pm-6pm.

Gone to the Dogs is proud to carry One Fur All in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Robert and David have been friends and pet lovers since middle school.  After high school, they went in some different directions.  Robert ended up working for champagne, luggage and high-end goods king Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton while David became a pet store owner. Robert moved to Asheville, North Carolina while David stayed close to the beach (and his family) in South Florida.  And in between all of that, across 20 years, they each got married. Robert had a daughter, and both owned lots of pets, turning their houses into…well…Pet Houses.

Then one day a few years ago, Robert wandered in to David’s pet supply store. They got to talking about a lot of things, and then the conversation turned to, of all things, candles. In particular, candles for pet owners. David carried a brand of pet candles in his store.
